Instructions / Policies


Please make note of the following:

  • Intake Forms: New clients are required to fill out a health history/intake form. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to do so OR use the link above to print and fill out your form in advance.

  • Valuables:  you will be provided with a basket in which you may store your personal items. This basket will be with you the entire time of your service. However, we ask that you do not bring jewelry or other valuable to the spa. We are not able to assume responsibility for valuables that are lost or left at the spa.

  • Scheduling Appointments:  Please call as far in advance as possible to ensure availability, any special requests you may have in regards to a specific service or therapist.

  • Group Scheduling & Cancellation Policy:  Because these services are reserved especially for you or your group, we ask groups of 4 or more to inform us 2 weeks in advance of any changes or cancellations. For groups of 4 or less, or individuals, please let us know 48 hours in advance for changes or cancellations.

  • No Shows: If a client does not show up for an appointment and does not give proper notice, the credit card on file will be charged 50% of the missed appointment + a 20% gratuity.
