First, we want to start this topic by thanking our guests. Without your support, we would not be able to confidently stand behind our policy. It’s unfortunate that such a policy must exist. We feel strongly that the guests who visit us repeatedly respect us as professionals and we’re grateful because this is the regard at which we hold ourselves.
Unfortunately, late cancellations and no-shows have become increasingly common, making it necessary for us to implement a strict cancellation policy and require a credit card to be on file before booking appointments. To ensure this policy is applied fairly and consistently, we require all guests—including our valued long-term guests—to have a credit card on file.
The effect of late cancellations and no shows on our livelihoods.
We respect your time and when you ask for a reservation, we are happy to make it for you. Once we’ve reserved that time for you, we turn away business for that time frame because we have promised it to you.
If you don’t keep your reservation, we are unable to schedule someone else in the time that has been reserved for you and because we are self-employed, we forfeit all income. Even with a 36-hour cancellation notice, we are often unable to fill the appointment time.
Most people have jobs that pay them whether they work or not (vacation, sick days, personal days off, etc.), but as self-employed individuals, we only earn income when we work.
Please understand that our goal is NOT to charge penalty fees. We are simply trying to reduce Late Cancellations and No Shows. We appreciate your understanding and hope this explanation helps you understand why this policy is necessary. and why it is necessary for us to have and enforce this policy.
These Cancellation Terms & Conditions apply to appointments booked with Artistik Image LLC, doing business as Artistik Image Salon.
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
Artistik Image Salon maintains a 36-hour cancellation policy. To avoid a cancellation fee, appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 36 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations and no-shows prevent us from offering those appointments to other guests and directly impact our stylists' income.

Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 36 hours of the original appointment time will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total scheduled services.
No-Shows
A no-show occurs when a guest fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice or contacts the salon only after the scheduled appointment has begun to reschedule.
No-show appointments will be charged a fee equal to 75% of the total scheduled services.
GROUP, PACKAGE & CUSTOM SERVICE CANCELLATION POLICY
A group reservation is defined as four or more guests receiving services during the same reservation.
All terms and conditions of the Standard Cancellation Policy apply. Because these appointments reserve significant time and, in some cases, require the salon to reserve resources specifically for your group, the following additional terms also apply.

Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within five (5) days (120 hours) of the scheduled appointment will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total scheduled services.
No-Shows
No-show appointments are charged a fee equal to 75% of the total scheduled services, consistent with the Standard Cancellation Policy.
EMERGENCY FEE WAIVER REQUESTS
We understand that illnesses, accidents, family emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances occasionally occur. When genuine emergencies arise, we will make every reasonable effort to handle the situation with understanding and compassion.
At the same time, we must also protect appointment availability for other guests and the livelihood of our team. For this reason, exceptions are evaluated individually, and repeated requests for exceptions may not be approved.
If you believe your situation qualifies for a fee waiver due to an emergency or other extenuating circumstance, you may submit a written request along with any supporting information to: ArtistikImageLLC@gmail.com
Each request will be reviewed individually, and every effort will be made to reach a fair and reasonable resolution.
These Gift Card Terms & Conditions apply to gift cards issued by Artistik Image LLC, doing business as Artistik Image Salon.
Artistik Image Salon gift cards are sold by dollar value and may be redeemed toward any eligible services currently offered or in-stock retail products available at the time of redemption.
