Spa Etiquette & Tips

• Mobiles Phones/Electronic Devices: to ensure clients have the utmost tranquil spa experience, cell phones and similar electronic devices are not appropriate in any area of the spa. We request all guests to power off or silence such devices. 

• Massage: Undress only to your own comfort level

• Facials: It is ok to arrive wearing makeup, however we prefer no water proof mascara, as it is harder to remove.

• All Spa treatments: For your comfort, please refrain from any hair removal (including shaving, waxing or laser removal) 24 hours in advance of any spa treatment. This will help to prevent any irritation from occurring.
