Digital Intake Forms: New spa clients are required to fill out a digital intake form. Links to required forms will be in the text and email confirmations you receive after booking your appointment.
Valuables: you will be provided with a basket in which you may store your personal items. This basket will be with you the entire time of your service. However, we ask that you do not bring jewelry or other valuable to the spa. We are not able to assume responsibility for valuables that are lost or left at the spa.
Scheduling Appointments: Please call as far in advance as possible to ensure availability of any special requests you may have in regards to a specific service or therapist.
Cancellation Policy for Groups: Because these services, as well as the salon and/or spa itself in some instances are reserved especially for your group, we ask that groups of four or more inform us at least two weeks in advance of any changes in order help us attempt to accommodate the request. Please note that even with two weeks’ notice, we may be unable to accommodate your request(s). Group cancellations within five days of their appointment date will be charged a penalty fee equal to 50% of the cost of all group services. If your group fails to call or show up (aka “No Show”), a penalty fee equal to 75% of the cost of all group services will be charged to the credit card(s) on file.
